    Conveyance Parties: (i) Arthur Wellsley of 39 High Street, Bedford, boot manufacturer; (ii) Alfred Lister Blow of 28 King Street, Cheapside [London], chartered accountant; (iii) Joshua Murgatroyd of Newcaste-upon-Tyne [Northumberland], Wesleyan minister Reciting: - R6/3/9/1; - agreement for sale of 22 July 1887 by (i) to James Ward Maxwell of Bedford, draper, for £252/4/9, which was paid [see R6/3/9/4]; - no conveyance to James Ward Maxwell had been made; - James Ward Maxwell obtained a loan of £200 from (iii), handing him a promissory note of 10 November 1887 and the agreement of 22 July 1887 as security; - James Ward Maxwell executed a deed of assignment on 18 July 1893 of all his real and personal estate for the benefit of his creditors and appointing (ii) as trustee; - £200 with interest of £6 was still owing to (iii) Operative Part: - (iii) purchased (a) for £150, part of the sum of £206 owing to him by James Ward Maxwell; - (ii) released (a) to (iii); - (i) , with the consent of (ii), conveyed (a) to (iii) Property: (a) land on Aspley Heath measuring 167 feet by 145 feet and bounded: NW by the road from Little Brickhill to Woburn Sands; NE by land of James Thomas Hobson; SE by a sand pit; SW by other land of Robert Sim Eveleigh Witnesses: - Charles Bailey Halliley of Bedford, solicitor; - Sydney Wales of 16 King Street, Cheapside, solicitor; - Ralph Worthington of Albert Villa, Heaton Road, Newcastle-upon-Tyne
