Letter to John Leech from William Medland. Letters of administration relating to William Scroggs were granted to George Scroggs in April, the assests being under £100. Since then, further assests amounting to £367 have been discovered, on which duty must be paid.This requires a certificate, and Medland is uncertain whether Leech can provide this. Response added that it will be necessary for a new bond to be entered into, and the procedure for this.
