Dear Sir, Thank you for your letter dated 25th November and note that your booking at Reid's is definite from the 16th January to the 13th February. In the provisional list which Reid's Hotel have sent us your booking of a double room, sea view with private bathroom is from arrival on the 4th January to departure on the 13th February. We should, therefore, be most grateful if you would confirm definitely your arrival and departure dates and how you will be travelling in both directions. It would appear that you will be travelling out the by "ARKADIA" and home either by the "VENUS" or by the "PARAGUAY STAR". If you arrive on the 16th January and leave on the 13th February your account will be as follows:- 28 days @ 140/- daily = £196. 0.0d 10% service charge = 19.12.0d 3% tourist tax = 5.17.7d Transfer charges £1 each = 2. 0.0d ------------------ £223.9.7d ------------------ If you would be kind enough to let us have your sterling cheque for the total amount about four weeks before you are due to leave this country we shall be able to send you the hotel coupon.
