Dear Sir, Thank you for your letter of 29th October regarding your reservation. We confirm that we have now reserved for you the period 4th January to 13th February one twin bedded sea view room with private bath, pending your final confirmation. We would mention that it may be necessary for you to occupy a double inland view room in the annexe for the first night of your stay but we shall of course do everything we can to avoid this inconvenience. Our representative will meet you on arrival and arrange for your transfer to the hotel. Similar arrangements will, of course be made for your departure.
