(i) Samuel Ongley of Old Warden esquire and wife Anne, Mary and Martha Harvey of London spinsters, James Harvey of Old Warden gentleman, and William Harvey of Ickwell Bury gentleman (Anne, Mary, Martha, James and William, surviving younger children of John Harvey deceased) (ii) John Harvey of Ickwell Bury esquire (eldest son of John Harvey deceased) (iii) Samuel Cockayne of Cockayne Hatley esquire. Recites will of John Harvey 1718 [HY717-8], Sarah and Edmund are deceased. Marriage Settlement, 1727 [HY720-21]. £4000 of portion was secured to his younger brothers and sisters on a mortgage to Samuel Ongley and Sir Richard Cust. Harvey has paid or secured the portions of his brothers and sisters. Witnesses: Savile Cust, Francis Wingfield.`
