Plan of The Bury Building Estate, Luton, belonging to Messrs Arnold and Squires [now Bury Park, Luton]. Ink and pencil on tracing linen. Depicts area bounded by Dunstable Road (south-west), Hazelbury Crescent and the Hatfield and Dunstable Branch Railway (north) and Kenilworth and Ivy Roads (eastwards). Names of owners of then plots are given, together with acreages and values. Building lines are indicated. Scale: 40 feet: one inch. 33x41 inches; 88x104cm approx. [The map is one of the few surviving papers from the Luton firm of estate agents, H Holyoak & Son of 23, Castle Street (established 1847)
