    Declaration by William Perry of Aspley Heath, labourer: - he was 69 years old and had lived on Aspley Heath over 40 years; - he knew the land on Aspley Heath formerly belonging to Frederick Whitlock of Woburn, timber merchant as shown on an attached plan including: - a parcel of 2 roods, 10 poles belonged to George Minnill for 30 years until sold in 1852 to William Charles Haynes; - a parcel of land conveyed by Frederick Whitlock on the trustees of the Duke of Bedford on 22 November 1865 and now formed part of the site of Aspley Heath church and churchyard; - 23 perches still belonging to Frederick Whitlock; - witnessed by John Green, commissioner of oaths
