Reciting:
- will of Francis, 7th Duke of Bedford of 7 May 1861 establishing a trust of which (iii) were trustees;
- death of Francis, 7th Duke of Bedford on 14 May 1861 and proof of his will in PPR on 31 July 1861

(a) several parcels of land on Aspley Heath containing 2 acres, 7 poles bounded: N and NW by lands of John Thomas Green and John Dolton; N and NE by parcels of land belonging to [blank] Webb, [blank] Sowster, Thomas Higgins, [blank] Perry, [blank] Jackson and John Goodhall and by a cottage and garden belonging to (i) but not included in the present conveyance; S by a road from Little Brickhill to Aspley Guise and Woburn Sands; W by land belonging to William Perry, formerly described as 1 acre 10 poles of land on Aspley Heath bounded: on the side looking towards Little Brickhill by ground of John Goodhall and Thomas Butcher; on the side looking towards Fenny Stratford by ground of John Dolton; on the side looking towards Newport Pagnell by ground of Isaac Webb, William Webb, Thomas Keens, James Perry, John Jenkins and Gabriel Ireland; on the side looking towards Aspley Guise by ground of Mr Haynes and formed a part of land formerly described as land containing 90 poles on Aspley Heath with the cottage and outbuildings in the occupation of George Minnill bounded: N by ground in the occupation of Daniel Hooton and John Goodhall; E by a public road from Aspley Guise to Little Brickhill; S by ground in the occupation of James Sibley and W by ground in the occupation of John Goodhall
