    Draft Declaration by William Perry of Aspley Heath, labourer: - he was 69 years old and had lived on Aspley Heath for 40 years; - he knew the land of Frederick Whitlock of Woburn, timber merchant; - the land shown on a plan was part of 2 roods, 10 perches formerly belonging to George Minnill for 30 years before he sold it in 1852 to William Charles Haynes; - another piece of land of 2 roods, 10 perches formerly belonged to James Goodhall for 20 years before its sale to his nephew John Goodhall in 1853; - another piece of land containing 1 acre, 3 perches, but more recently measured as 1 acre, 10 perches belonged to Thomas Daniels who sold it to John Goodhall more than 20 years before and he held it until its sale to Frederick Whitlock in 1859
