    Note previously attached to R6/3/4/2 and headed Woburn Sands Church and includes annotations to serve as a parcel description in a deed [these not transcribed below]: “This Site contains 2a 0r 5p or thereabouts (a small part of the original purchase has been used for widening the approaches – about 2 perches) and is situate at Aspley Heath in the Parish of Aspley Guise and will be conveyed by the Trustees of the late Duke’s Will to the Church Estates Commissioners with the consent and by the direction of William, Duke of Bedford who purchased the property for the purpose. The site is bounded on the North by the Lands of Whitbread & others, on the East by the road leading from Little Brickhill to Woburn Sands, on the West by Lands of John Dolton & W. H. Denison Esq. (the vendor of Fenton House I do not remember his Christian names), and on the South by a Road & footpath leading to [blank]”.
