    Letter previously pinned to R6/3/3/2 from Charles Stimson of Bedford to Miss Emma Goodman and Miss Mary Goodman of Bedford: “As Solicitor for and on behalf of Theed William Pearse of Bedford in the County of Bedford, solicitor, I hereby give you Notice that by an Indenture dated the twentieth day of January one thousand eight hundred and eighty six and made between Robert Sim Everleigh of Aspley Heath in the County of Bedford, Accountant of the one part and the said Theed William Pearse of the other part All that freehold dwelling house with the out buildings, farmyard, stabling and other erections and piece of land situate at Aspley Heath aforesaid and commonly known as “the Piggeries” and which are now in mortgage to you were with certain other hereditaments charged by the said Robert Sim Everleigh in favour of the said Theed William Pearse to secure the sum of five hundred and ninety three pounds and interest as therein mentioned”.
