    Assignment for 1,000 Years to Attend the Inheritance Parties: (i) Frances Bithrey of Carlton, widow and executrix of Charles Bithrey of Bedford, coal merchant, then of Carlton, gentleman, deceased, surviving executor of Ebenezer Chandler, late of Bedford, gentleman, deceased; (ii) John Costin of Bedford, merchant, only brother, heir at law and devisee in the will of Gideon Costin, late of Bedford, woolstapler, deceased; (iii) Peregrine Nash of Bedford, brewer; John King of Bedford, stonemason; (iv) Thomas Meacher of Newport Pagnell [Buckinghamshire], brewer Reciting: - R6/42/1/6; - R6/42/1/9; - Ebenezer Chandler was dead, leaving a will appointing Charles Bithrey and William Odell of Bedford, grocer as his executors; - Charles Bithrey survived William Odell but was now also dead, (i) being his widow and executrix - Peregrine Nash had agreed to purchase property of (ii) [see R6/42/1/25] Operative Part: - (i), by direction of (ii), assigned to (iv), by nomination of Peregrine Nash, for 10/-, the unexpired term of years in (a)-(c) in R6/42/1/25 set up in R6/42/1/6 as well as (a)-(c) itself. Habendum: - to (iv) for the residue of 1,000 years in trust for (iii) with the intent that the residue of the term wait upon the freehold and inheritance of (a)-(c) Witnesses: - Elizabeth Bishop, servant to Frances Bithrey; - Theed Pearse; - Thomas Whitfield, servant to John Costin
