    Release Parties: (i) John Costin of Bedford, merchant, only brother, heir at law and devisee in the will of Gideon Costin late of Bedford, woolstapler, deceased; (ii) Peregrine Nash of Bedford, brewer; John King of Bedford, stonemason as trustee for Peregrine Nash Operative Part: - (i) released (a) to (ii) for £130 paid by Peregrine Nash and 10/- paid by John King Property: (a) public house called the Red Lion, in Duck End, Oakley, formerly in the occupation of John Bull, now of Grace Eakins; (b) close of pasture of one acre and a half adjoining (a); (c) three acres in the common fields of Oakley in the occupation of Grace Eakins Habendum: - to (ii), to the use of (ii) in trust for Peregrine Nash Witnesses: - Theed Pearse of Bedford, gentleman; - Thomas Whitfield, servant to John Costin
