    Deed to Lead to the Uses of a Fine Parties: (i) Levi Lavender of Kempston, yeoman and Jane, his wife (daughter of William Reynolds of Bedford, draper, deceased); Evan Philips of Old Change, City of London, tallow melter and Elizabeth, his wife (daughter of William Reynolds); (ii) John Gandy of Lawrence Poultney Lane, London, packer Reciting: - R6/42/1/10; - Jane Reynolds married Levi Lavender and Elizabeth Reynolds married Evan Philips; - (i) wished to destroy several entails in R6/42/1/10 and convey the property to new uses and so levied R6/42/1/13-14 as well as a final concord concerning two messuages, two gardens, two orchards, five acres of land and common of pasture in the parishes of Bedford, Saint Mary and Bedford, Saint Paul Operative Part: - (i) and (ii) agreed that the intent of the final concords was to convey the premises to (ii) as trustee holding the dwelling house divided into three tenements in Bedford, Saint Mary and the messuage in Stonehouse lane, Bedford , Saint Paul to the use of Levi and Jane Lavender and holding the two house in White Horse Street, Bedford, Saint Paul, cottage and lands in Oakley to the use of Evan and Elizabeth Philips Witnesses: - John Impey of Inner Temple, solicitor; - Samuel Taylor, clerk to John Impey; - Elizabeth Walby; - John Bromsall
