Copy will of William Reynolds of Bedford, draper:
- devising all copyhold lands in Cranfield and Kempston and his messuage in Bedford, Saint Mary (divided into three tenements one in the occupation of Mrs. Hawes, another of Samuel Allen and the third untenanted) and his messuage in Stonehouse Lane, Bedford, Saint Paul in the occupation of William Smith alias Lyon to his daughter Jane and her heirs, remainder to his daughter Elizabeth;
- devising two houses in White Horse Street, Bedford, Saint Paul in the occupation of Mrs. Rogers and Widow Rose and a cottage in Duck End, Oakley in the occupation of William Little and lands also occupied by William Little to his daughter Elizabeth and her heirs, remainder to his daughter Jane;
- bequeathing his shop goods and all other personal estate to be equally divided between his two daughters;
- witnessed by George Hensman, John Smithes and Henry Horton;
- attached probate of 13 July 1759
