Letters between Richard Orlebar and C. Stephenson, Duke of Bedford’s agent: -- Orlebar contending that the whole of the south side of the lane is in Souldrop and reciting agreement between his father and Mr. Bennett on behalf of the Duke ‘ nearly 40 years ago’ as to the use of the lane and liabilities of users.
