    Deposition of John Watford of Elstow, labourer, 23; has lived there 5 months, previously Blunham 2 years, previously Pertenhall 2 years, previously Papworth 1 year, previously Yelling 1 year, previously Tempsford 1 year. Last August he with John Gregory, Richard Horne & Henry Huckle & others were at harvest in Willow Field, Mogerhanger, Blunham, about 8 a.m., & there sat down to breakfast at a land's end in the field. Richard Rentum of Mogerhanger, who was then a tithing-man in said field, said that Ebenezer Chandler 'had not preached in the Presbyterian meeting, but that he had a bastard child laid to him, for which he was turned out of College.' Has known Chandler about 4 years & believes him honest gent. Deposition by Henry Huckle of Great Barford, labourer; has lived there 5 months, previously Chalton 1 year, previously Southill 2 years, previously Willington 1 year, previously Colmworth 2 years. Says as above, but after Chandler was 'turned out of College he took to preaching.'
