Information: on behalf of Richard Childe -- setting out his claim to the estate of Henry Yelverton on the death of Henry Yelverton, 22 May 1628. His right is challenged by Sir Christopher Yelverton, William Moore of Alchurch, Worcester, gentleman, Clement Johnson of Eston Maudit, Northamptonshire, yeoman, and John Cleyton, Wymington, yeoman who have got possession of the title deeds and have appropriated rents and profits to their own use. Sir Christopher Yelverton pretends a title as tenant by the Curtesie of England after the death of Dame Sybill.
