    It is 19 years since the death of Bredyman and (?) was servant to Bredyman’s father. Fawne doth surmise that Coles hade the statute to paye money upon a return from beyond the seas. ....... the statute was without any good consideration, being only ‘cozenage’, Oxenbridge’s debt is discharged, ‘and the practise with the Lord Willowbye rejected’ statute dormant 30 years. praying the court to discharge the assignment and to leave Fawne to prosecute his case at Common Law, ‘considering Payne cometh in by purchase for valuable consideration’ note: Fawne has got a new extent this last vacation returnable this term.
