He advised that Mrs. Hunt’s title to the copyhold lands holds good. He [Mr. Milne] though, considers that there will be difficulty in admitting Mrs.Hunt to all the copyholds and suggests that Mr. Hunt or Miss C. Cooper ought to be admitted to any part which is held in trust, and Mrs. Hunt, after Miss Cooper’s death. Amount of stamp duty and heriot.
