(i) undersigned parties [Edward Handscomb, Franklin Harbett, John Barker, Ann Barker, Susan Ogden, James Stokes, Lucy Stokes, Harriett Harbett] parties in deed of 14 January 1843 (ii) Thomas Wright Richards,Edward Handscomb, Franklin Harbett, John Barker, Ann Barker, Susan Ogden, James Stokes, Lucy Stokes, Harriett Harbett specify their approval of terms etc. in an annexed agreement [not present] and empower Thomas Wright Richards to execute the same on their behalf Edward Handscomb, Franklin Harbett, John Barker, Ann Barker, Susan Ogden, James Stokes, Lucy Stokes, Harriett Harbett also agree to surrender all the premises in which they are interested to Thomas Wright Richards for sale together with the property in which he is entitled under said deed. Edward Handscomb, Franklin Harbett, John Barker, Ann Barker, Susan Ogden, James Stokes, Lucy Stokes, Harriett Harbett to hold all the money arising together with the personal estate of late William Harbett as a common fund, to be applied as follows: (a) to carry out said agreement and the costs in establishing claim to real and personal estate of William Harbett (b) to pay £250 to William Hunt (as mentioned in the Agreement) and all the debts and funeral expenses of said William Harbett (c) to divide residue in such proportion as will nearest correspond to the disposition in the deed of 14 January 1843, having regard to previous payments and the mortgage incumbrances copy signatures of Edward Handscomb, Franklin Harbett, John Barker, Ann Barker, Susan Ogden, James Stokes, Lucy Stokes, Harriett Harbett
