concerning the sale to Franklin Harbett, labourer, and Rebecca Teedon and Harriett Attlee of his freehold and copyhold estates at Toddington in the occupation of himself, Thomas King, Joseph Shelton, Mark Breed and Daniel and Arthur Evans, and freehold estate in Westoning in tenure of Thomas Attlee, for the sum of £5. He has also sold to them all his household furniture in his house at Toddington and all stock at Toddington, for same money. ‘The rents and Profits to be received by me for my life’.
