Harvey dated 29 December 1831, and other wills and deeds etc. Reciting that there was due to Thomson Hankey, junior,and Thomson Hankey for principal and interest - £9593.2s., to George Hooper - £2961, to Thomas Jackson and George Dilly Young - £3207. 8s., on various mortgages reciting petition and discharge of Abraham Fossey, senior, as an insolvent prisoner for debt, and after various assignments of said debt, finally to Abraham Fossey, junior and Edward Fossey the creditor assignees. NOW in consideration of £9593. 2s. to Thomson Hankey, junior and Thomson Hankey, £3207.8s. to Thomas Jackson and George Dilly Young and £3799.10s. to George Hooper (total - £16600), paid by The Reverend John William Coventry Campion, George Hooper, Thomas Jackson, and George Dilly Young, and Abraham Fossey, senior with consent of Thomson Hankey, junior and Thomson Hankey released to The Reverend John William Coventry Campion -- Manor, lands etc. as in schedule Theed Pearse, junior to be trustee for The Reverend John William Coventry Campion if necessary also to Thomson Hankey, junior and Thomson Hankey at the request of The Reverend John William Coventry Campion, and acting as mortgage trustees, assigned to Theed Pearse, junior -- said Manor for residue of term of 500 years created by deed of 21 June 1828 schedule -- Manor of Westoning and all lands, trees etc. belonging -- capital messuage of Manor House etc. in Westoning
