    reciting deed of grant and conveyance of even date but executed before this deed between William Harbett, Thomas Smith and William Hunt to secure £1800. It was agreed that the repayment should be further repaid by insurance on life of William Harbett for £1300 William Harbett has effected such insurance in Scottish Union Assurance Office dated 23 June numbered 3145 at annual premium of £57.5s.1d. now in consideration of said £1800, William Harbett assigns to Thomas Smith -- said policy of assurance and all benefits under it on trust to pay money received towards satisfaction of the debt, and remainder (if any) to William Harbett William Harbett covenants to pay the premium annually signatures William Harbett and Thomas Smith Various witnesses
