- Scope and Contentreciting arbitration bonds of 10 December 1814 in £500 (a) Richard Harbett, William Harbett , Moses Eagles and wife Susanna (late Susanna Peters)( surviving executors and executrix of Richard Harbett, senior, late of Westoning, yeoman, deceased) (b) Ann Stanbridge, Westoning, widow by which Richard Harbett, William Harbett, Moses Eagles and wife Susanna and Ann Stanbridge are bound to abide by the arbitration of John Grant of Leighton Buzzard, merchant, Richard Hitchin Whitehurst of Westoning, clerk, concerning the will of Richard Harbett, senior, deceased, and also all accounts between Richard Harbett, William Harbett, Moses Eagles and wife Susanna as such executors and executrix, and Ann Stanbridge as administratix of Thomas alias William Stanbridge, her late husband, deceased by endorsement on said Bonds of Arbitration said John Grant and Richard Hitchin Whitehurst appointed John Drake as umpire now said John Drake awards and decrees: Ann Stanbridge shall pay £350 to Richard Harbett, William Harbett, Moses Eagles and wife Susanna within one month Ann Stanbridge also shall give a proper receipt for a legacy of £100 bequeathed to her by will of Richard Harbett Richard Harbett, William Harbett, Moses Eagles and wife Susanna shall pay to Ann Stanbridge £175 within one month all actions between Richard Harbett, William Harbett, Moses Eagles and wife Susanna and Ann Stanbridge shall cease within five months they each shall deliver to each other mutual general releases signature (copy) of John Drake Witness: Sam Davis, attorney, Ampthill
