- Scope and ContentAnn Crawley, aunt of John Mascall, deceased has devised her estate to Sir John Napier, but legal opinion was that a moiety of the estate was the right of Jonathan Mascall son of John as heir apparent and next of kin to Francis Crawley the son of John Crawley, which estate was settled by Thomas Crawley, father of John when Francis was 18 years of age: Ann Crawley, to avoid legal proceedings promised that Mascall's son should have all the estate when she died. Mascall intends to wait on Sir John towards the end of May, and asks Hawkins tenant to his son Jonathan. London
