To the East – property now or late of the Bedford Education Authority. To the West – Bower Street. To the South – property now or late of the representatives of Richard Stennett. Property measures 22ft in width, 89ft in depth. There also stands erected on the said piece of land a messuage known as ‘Felmersham Cottage’, numbered 153 Bower St., which is now occupied by 2).
