    -- wood called Gravys Graynge with croft and land adjoining, in soc. of Luton, abutting on Thremansgrene, way leading to St. Albans and on Hydman'feld alias Hightfield, and adjoining Netherland south and west and Lyelond north which (i) had by feoffment from Thomas Kylby senior. 8 March, 1537/8 to (ii) for their lives, then to their son William and his heirs on condition that William pays to Thomas, brother of William Kylby, Robert Kylby, Thomas Kylby, Richard Kylby, brothers of William, and Alice Crosley sister of William, 40s each within six years after the death of (ii) endorsed with livery of seizin.
