--- all lands and tenements which (i) late had by feoffment of John Gedicroft', in esthid'. to (ii) for their lives at red rose rent, (ii) performing all services to chief lord of fee. (i) to maintain the buildings at their own expense, but if (ii) damage them they are to repair them at their own expense. (ii) to have reasonable haybote and firebote without waste. Distraint clause.
