- Scope and Content--- cottage in the south end of Luton occupied by (i) in a place called the Old Yard, with a lean-to adjoining, with a barn, all which premises newly built by (i) are between the cottage late of John Butterfield deceased, now occupied by Richard Rogers, carpenter, and Bayly field. --- all the ground and backside which (i) late purchased of Henry Prior of Millbrook, deceased, being between the messuage of the heirs of John Butterfield and Bayly field (which (i) purchased of Henry Prior deceased with another cottage in the Old Yard 20 September 1638, and which came to Henry Prior as heir of Elizabeth Prior deceased.).
