    ........To wife Mary Ann Crick, for life of until remarriage - Messuage in Ampthill in occupation Rebecca Mann. - Cottage now in four tenements, and land, at Maulden, now in occupation Joseph King, Richard Northwood, William Sinfield, Aron Sinfield and William Langley. After decease or remarriage of wife - Ampthill property to go to nephew William Crick (son of late brother, Francis Crick) - Maulden property to Isaac Crick. ...... Also to wife - Household goods, furniture, wearing apparel. -£30 to be paid within 3 months of his decease. ......To Thomas Rowe, Ampthill, dealer in straw plait (one of executors) - £5 for trouble he may have in execution of will. ......To William Crick and Thomas Rowe - Remainder of personal Estate. To convert into money. Expenses to be paid and remainder to be invested in Parliamentary stocks. Interest to be paid to wife for life or until remarriage. Then trustees to pay to brother, Thomas Crick, sister Judith, wife of Thomas Honson and to brothers in law William Parrell and Thomas Parrell - £10 each. To brother, Isaac Crick - £15. To nephews Francis Crick and Thomas Crick and niece Elizabeth, widow of John Langley (children of late brother, Francis Crick) - £19 each. To nephew James Crick, nieces Sarah King and Judith Clark, Alice wife of Joseph Turney and Ann wife of William Valentine (children of brother Thomas Crick) - £19 each. To Sarah, daughter of Thomas Purrell - £19. To nephew, William Crick -£10. To Ann, widow of late brother, John Crick - £5. To James, Isaac, William, Dorothy and Hannah Ward (children of late niece Mary, wife of Henry Ward) - £5 at 21 or until death of Mary Ann Crick. Remainder of said trust to be divided between Isaac and Thomas Crick, Ann widow of John Crick, Judith Honson, William Parrell and Thomas Parrell, nephews Francis and Thomas Crick, niece Elizabeth Langley, nephew James Crick, nieces Sarah King, Judith Clark, Alice Turney and Ann Valentine, and Sarah daughter of Thomas Parrell.
