i) James Robinson, Thrapston, Northants, gentleman. ii) Charles Austin, Ampthill, gentleman. iii) William Crick, Ampthill, yeoman. iv)Samuel May, Ampthill, draper. Consid-£60 paid to i) by iii). i) releases to ii). - Cottage in Dunstable Street, Ampthill, late in occupation of widow Man. - Equal right with i) in party wall between said cottage and one adjoining, owned by i) and in occupation of Robert Marks. - Use of privy in yard at back of said cottages. iii) To pay 1/3 rd cost of repairing said privy. - Yard at back of said cottage which goes back to garden fence of William Filby. - Right of passage from common street of Ampthill round gable end of other tenement to said yard. iv) To be trustee for iii) if necessary. i) Covenants to produce lease and release of 10 and 11 October 1814, if requested.
