To wife Elizabeth all estate in Ickwell, and personal estate for life; then to son Isaac Carter Curtis, estate in Ickwell, charged with payment of £20 to granddaughter Ann, daughter of John and Elizabeth Lincoln; if she dies to her brother William. To John and Elizabeth Lincoln £20 owing from them. To 2 daughters Mary and Hannah Curtis, all goods. Executors: wife, son and 2 daughters. Witnesses: Charles Purser, Jane Purser, John Barber.
