    i) Samuel Hensman ii) Edward Harris Strange, Ampthill, draper- Treasurer for the time being of the Ampthill Provident Institution established at Ampthill Wesleyan Chapel. Consid - £180 paid by ii) to i). i) appoints to the use of ii) as Treasurer - 2 cottages in Dunstable Street, Ampthill, sometime since erected by i) in place of 2 cottages pulled down by him, which were 2 of 3 cottages formerly part of Ampthill Feoffee Charity Estate, which cottages pulled down were late in occupation of James Ansell and William Readman. Newly erected cottages are in occupation of James Howes and Joyce Stanbridge. - Piece of back yard that runs back square to garden wall late of William Cook. - Use of privy. Signature i).
