Undermentioned premises put up for sale by auction on 13 November 1838, now in consid of £64 paid to i) by ii). i) release to ii) - 2 cottages in Dunstable Street, Ampthill, being 2 of 3 cottages formerly the property of the Feoffees of Ampthill Charity Estate, now in occupation James Ansell and William Readman. - Part of back yard which runs straight to the wall. -Use of privy. Right of way reserved to owner and occupier of other cottage, now the property of William Crick and in occupation Rebecca Mann. iii) to be trustee for ii) if necessary and to prevent any wife of ii) being entitled to dower out of said premises. i) Covenant to levy fine to iv).
