    ---houses, buildings and yard room, being parcel of a messuage in Luton called the Harts Horne, on the north side of the gatehouse and yard of the messuage, and the loft over the gatehouse, extending from the street into the yard of the messuage. 50ft 6ins. and at the west end 9ft 6ins broad and 12ft 6ins at the east end, with free ingress etc through the gatehouse to the yard-room and through the yard-room to the well of the messuage, the premises being on the south side of the messuage of Thomas Atwood, and part of the barn belonging to the Harts Horne, road from Luton market place to the Brache east.
