--- 2 cottages of the fee late David de Asshebys and 5 acres land in Luton' in divers parcels: - 1 cottage in Chirchestrat, adjoining the messuage of Richard Cook' and messuage which William Dernemere formerly held, abutting on the king's highway. - 1 cottage adjoinig messuage of (ii) and messuage formerly held by William Dernemere, abutting as above. - 3 acres in Knyghtesfeld in parcels, of which 1 acre is a headland to the land of Christine Herman and abuts on the king's highway leading to Lymbury, and 1 acre adjoining the land of John Wilby and abuts on the king's highway to Dunstaple, and 1 acre adjoining land formerly held by William Dernemere and abuts on Bukstoneswode. - 1 acre in Wynesdene adjoining land of John Noel and abuts on Derelane. - 1 acre at Whitehul adjoinig land of Elizabeth Langelegh and abuts on land of same. to (ii) for lives at 13s p.a. payable at Lady Day and Michaelmas.
