- Scope and Content--- messuage with a third part of a yard: i.e. half of the messuage which was formerly Osbert the miller's, with liberty of ingress and egress, abutting at one end on a way which leads to a way [underlined in deed] from the Brach towards Luyton market place, and at the other on the mill pond of the Brach. to hold (or the longest lived) at 2s p.a. payable at Lady Day and Michaelmas, and two free 'sias' in autumn, (i) and heirs providing food and drink, according to the custom of the Manor of Luyton.
