- Scope and Content--the water mill at Stapulford' with all right of fishing in the mill pond and loppings of the willows growing above the mill pool. at 6 marks p.a payable at Michaelmns and Lady Day, (i) rendering all services to the chief lord of the fee, and (i) to put the mill into a good state of repair before feast of Pentecest next at his own expense, and afterwards(ii) is to keep it in repair at his own expense. except that (i) will provide carriage of stones for the mill if necessary.
