    --- 2 crofts lying together at Cuthenho adjoining the land of Sir Robert Turk, knight, and abutting on Cuthenholan', on condition that (ii) during life of (i) provide him with meat and drink, 1 woolen garment, three pairs of ? hose [calciamentes] and three pairs of shoes, and two pairs of linen ? sheets [pannis] each year and a room in the hospital to the end of the life of (i) if the agreement above is not carried out, then the feoffment which Adam Upping' delivered to John, prior of the hospital, shall be null and void. endorced: John prior of the hospital has granted to Roger right of way with [?carts] and ploughs from the King's highway to the crofts of the said Roger lying next the common field on one side, at will of Roger.
