- Scope and Content--- l acre, Luyton, in the Blakwaterfeld, next the land late Robert Bysshop's on one side and land late John le Mulleward's on the other, and abuts on the land of Richard Broun. and if the hospital should decline and the clergy leave the hospital entirely so that daily prayers for their benefactors cannot be made, then the land reverts to (ii) or heirs until such time as the hospital shall once more be filled with clergy who can maintain the hospital and the acre above, and pray every day for their benefactors, in which case the acre reverts to the hospital.
