To son George Francis and daughters Anne Martin and Sarah Warrin all goods etc. after decease of testator’s wife. To grandsons John and William Francis “my study of books and rules”. To wife Elizabeth, real estate in Ickwell for life; then to son George. Witnesses: Henry Aspital, Mary Aspital, Edward Francis.
