    Additional Abstract relating to the title of Messrs Smith and Halfhead as assignees of Barton to premises at Stevington (I) presentment of 23 November 1819 of a surrender of 6 September 1814 by Thomas Page of Stevington, farrier by two customary tenants called William Prat and Benjamin Poole of all his copyhold real estate to the uses of his will (II) presentment of 13 November 1826 of the death of Thomas Page seised of (a) a cottage near the cross formerly in the occupation of Mrs. Page; (b) three closes of pasture at the upper end of Silver Street containing five acres held from the manor at a yearly rent of 3/3; (c) allotment of 1 acre, 33 poles held at a yearly rent from the manor of 9 d.; (d) 1 acre, 2 roods, 22 poles in Parriens - part of the 6th and 7th allotments to Thomas Page not sold to Mr. Somes; (e) cottage divided into two dwellings with a garden in Silver Street in the occupation of John Cox and James Hubert at a yearly rent from the manor of 1/3; (f) cottage and graden containing 12 poles in the occupation of William Aspley held at an annual rent from the manor of 7½ d.; (g) cottage near the cross with garden of 13 poles in the occupation of Thomas Simpson held from the manor at an annual rent of 9½ d.; (h) cottage divided into two dwellings with a garden of 1 acre in the occupation of William Pake and Thomas Aspley held from the manor at an annual rent of 7½ d.; (i) tenement, orchard and garden of 37 poles in the occupation of William Dickens held from the manor at an annual rent of 6 d.; (j) cottage divided into two dwellings with a garden of 12 poles in the West End of Stevington, in the occupation of Jacob Eaton and Thomas Mummerton held from the manor at an annual rent of 7½ d.; (k) land of two acres formerly Lydia Page’s, late William Somes’ held from the manor at an annual rent of 1/6 Further presenting that by his will of 6 September 1814 Thomas Page devised (a)-(k) to John Perry of Pavenham, baker and William Pool(e) of Stevington, baker as trustees Admission of John Perry and William Pool (III) Presentment of 25 October 1753 of the death of John Odell seised of a messuage in Church End with part of the orchard or pightle adjoining and a privilege of use of a well with the house and garden of John Pool N, the house and ground of William Hopkins in right of his wife, late Elizabeth Craddock S, the common street E and in the occupation of Robert Willey – the messuage consisted of “two rooms in a floor and no farther”.
