Declaration by Mary Eaton of Stevington, widow, aged 72:
- she knew Richard Page of Stevington, blacksmith, deceased who possessed a cottage with a garden at the back in Church Street, which was formerly in the occupation of George Houghton, then Richard Smart, since William Aspley, then Thomas Simpson, now William Barton;
- Richard Page made a distress on the goods of George Houghton for rent;
- that after the death of Richard and his wife Lydia the property passed to Thomas Pool, their eldest son and that he held the hereditaments until his death
