--- all the demesne lands and meadows pertaining to the manor of Hoo, with a close called Chanryes, Loppolecroft and Hallemede, and the warrens pertaining to the manor, reserving to (i) all rents, services, perquisites of the court, woods, underwoods, the mill, fishing, pheasants and partridges and half the fines of trespassers on the warren. from Michaelmas 1472 - michaelmas 1473. @ £13 6s 8d p.a. --- as above with 16 cows and 40 ewes from Michaelmas 1473 for 8 yrs @ £20 p.a. (ii) to have fyrebote, ploughbote and carbote,and to have of (i) yearly a gown 'of his lyverey at the sute of his yeoman'. (i) to pay all rents and charges. distraint and re-entry clause - arrears of rent. 1 seal tag.
