(ii) Elizabeth Kylbe, widow of West Hyde. --- 4 ac. 3r lying dispersedly in West Hyde: - 1 ac in Brome Croft, between the land late William Kylbye's on either side, abutting South on highway from Luton to St. Albans. - 1/2 ac in same croft, land of William Kylbye south, William Markeham north, abutting east on Fremondes Grene. - 2 ac. lying together in Smaye Croft, late William Kylbye east, John Symmond west, abutting soputh on land of Richard Thrale. - 1 ac in Passhell Feylde, land of William Kylbe on either side, abutting north on land of William Markeham. - 1r called a 'hedland' abutting on the aforesaid acre, Fremondes Grene east, Colyars Herne west. to hold of William Markeham of his manor of le Brache in Luton by rent of 1d. p.a. and suit of court once a year.
