The price for the goodwill to be £90 and for the chattels £10. 1. acknowledge receipt of £10 as part of the purchase money; the balance to pay at the office of the vendors’ solicitors, Newton and Calcutt, 30, High Street, Leighton Buzzard, on 30 September 1943. 1. shall not for five years, without the written consent of 2. either directly or indirectly be concerned with the business of dairymen within five miles of the place of business.
