Leighton Buzzard Industrial Co-operative Society, 3, Hockliffe Street, Leighton Buzzard (the Society) In consideration of £850 paid by 2. to 1., 1. conveys to 2. two messuages known as 37 and 39, New Road, Linslade, coloured pink on the plan on the conveyance of 25 September 1922 between: 1. Emma Roberts and Robert Graham Walton 2. John Lucking together with the benefit of and subject to the existing systems of drainage and water supply as at present enjoyed for the mutual benefit of the premises hereby conveyed and neighbouring properties belonging to Northampton Brewery Company Ltd and William Seabrook respectively. And secondly, all those outbuilding comprising a lock-up shop or office and store and a garage or workshop lying in the rear of the Clarendon Hotel situate at the junction of New Road with Church Road, Linslade, having a frontage to Church Road of approx. 24 feet, 6 inches, coloured pink on the plan on the Conveyance drawn up by 1. on 30 April 1927, together with the benefit of and subject to the existing systems of drainage and water supply as at present enjoyed for the mutual benefit of the premises. to hold the same unto the Society as to the premises, 37, New Road, and with the benefit of the existing tenancy.
