Risborough Road is fully developed and either sold or let. Wendover Road still has some vacant plots. Only the part of Aylesbury Road from Wendover Road up to the junction with Hatfield Crescent is developed the rest of Aylesbury Road and Hatfield Crescent are undeveloped. The layout for Harpenden Close is shown. Notes indicate: Land edged in blue conveyed to Janes 2/10/1937, land edged in green conveyed 31/12/37 and land edged in red conveyed 30/9/38.
