- Scope and Contentreciting: that Mrs Mary Stephens, late Epsom, widow deceased devised (17 March 1748) to (i) and (ii) in trust £2000 to invest in government securities, the interest to be paid to Mary, wife of John Orlebar esquire daughter of her late brother Samuel Rolt esquire Milton, Bedfordshire for life. On her decease she devised £1000 to Mary her eldest daughter and £500 each to younger daughters Elizabeth and Constantia. (ii) was appointed executor. (ii) has invested £2000 out of the estate of Mary Stephens in Joint Stock of South Seas Annuities, with consent of (i) John Orlebar and wife Mary. Witnesses. W.
